All over the world, teachers have dedicated themselves to teach pupils what they themselves have learned and mastered. Isn’t that what we all are supposed to do?

As I reflect on this day that is recognized as International Literacy Day, I am first and foremost thankful for the privilege of being able to read and write… to be literate!
